The Anxious Generation Workshop

In March, Jonathan Haidt (a social psychologist from NYU) published a book called The Anxious Generation: How the Great Rewiring of Childhood is Causing an Epidemic of Mental Illness. Haidt has been on the cutting edge of understanding the impact of devices and social media on children and teens, and this book is the result of much of that work. It’s an important book that offers much for parents, educators, and anyone who cares about kids to think about. Here’s a precise of Haidt’s work which led up to the book, and here’s where you can find the book on Amazon. Come join us for a workshop on Sunday, September 22nd as we discuss and share helpful conversations around this topic.
