College Church is growing, interdenominational and intergenerational church in Northampton, MA with a long history of biblical preaching, serving our neighbors locally and sending and supporting gospel partners across the Pioneer Valley and around the world. We are passionate about following Jesus, building unity across the Body of Christ and serving the poor and vulnerable. In this season, God has put us in a unique position to love and serve the Recovery Community, people who have experienced church hurt, and people who have grown disillusioned with secularism and radical individualism and are searching for more.
Our approach to hiring is to find mature, qualified candidates who are passionate about Jesus and the church and are a good fit for our congregation and staff team.
